Program)

An Individualized Education Program (IEP) is a

performance.
- Annual goals for the student.
- Short- term instructional objectives and
benchmarks related to the annual goals to determine adequate progress
towards the annual goals.
- The special education and related services
that will be provided and the extent to which the child will participate
in regular education programs and standardized assessment(s).
- Plans for starting the services and the
anticipated duration of services.
- Accommodations necessary for the student
to participate in the academic setting
- The means by which to measure
whether the goals and objectives are being achieved.
